Mamison is a cooking school and restaurant.We offer cooking lessons, make kimchi, apple pie, etc.It is possible to have one-day lessons with your students in Mamison's kitchen.Enjoy the spacious kitchen and relax! It's also recommended as a fun weekend activity with friends, family, and children.
Course menu
[Soondubu jjigae made from scratch & non-spicy royal tteokbokki & ferns namul]
-Make a stock of Soondubu base and make authentic Soondubu Jjigae.
- Non-spicy Royal Tteokbokki is a luxurious tteokbokki filled with plenty of beef, mushrooms, and vegetables.
- Learn how to make fragrant fern namul, the perfect side dish for rice.
[Chicken Gomtang Bap & Seafood Green Onion Pancake & Cucumber and Chive Kimchi]
-A delicious cucumber and chive kimchi that goes great with grilled meat!
-A light chicken gomtang, different from the usual heavy gomtang
-Seafood and green onion pancake made from scratch.The cooking method is completely different too!
*Lessons start at 4pm and last approximately 120 minutes.
*Please bring an apron and takeaway containers.
*Please write down the lesson you would like to take when booking.(Example: I would like to take a Soondubu lesson.)
